The staff, all of them, were lovely. The food was excellent & in a room that featured an old olive press. Our room was divine -- we were upgraded -- & the full moon from our terrace capped it off. The grounds were lovely even though it was too chilly...

The hotel was so beautiful and the grounds were stunning as were the views. All the staff were so courteous and helpful. The rooms were great with really comfy beds. A wonderful experience!

High quality meals, overall everything was very easy.

The hotel offers easy access to Palma's International Airport. Our family enjoyed the spacious pool area, and the staff catered to our every need. The treehouse dining experience was a highlight, especially during sunset...  

The pool and the views are simply outstanding.

The hotel tries to be something it is not. A luxury hotel needs to be run with a certain understanding of what luxury entails. Solely price does not make a hotel luxurious, it will require excellent service, outstanding rooms and relaxation. If you need to watch your every move not to be stung by the hotel on additional charges, relaxation becomes secondary. It is unfortunate for such a beautiful location.

Machine coffee at breakfast, a 5 star hotel should be able to make fresh coffee to breakfast if you pay 1500€ per night. Tea water was not hot either. Bar and breakfast personnel not up to 5* standard.

The grand hotel is stunningly located high among the mountains. It offers amazing views, and the new spa is a real treat with a beautiful indoor saltwater pool. The treehouse dining experience is magical, especially at sunset....

The views from the hotel are amazing. Breakfast included indulgent pastries that delighted everyone in our group. The drive to Palma can be lengthy, and although the charm of the nearby town adds character, it lacks significant activities to engage visitors. The service quality was excellent, as the staff consistently went out of their way to ensure we felt at home.

I experienced a magical stay at Grand Hotel, Puigpunyent. The outdoor wedding setup under an ancient tree was enchanting, while the Gazebo restaurant offered sublime dining with unique tastes. Even with a slightly pricey gin and tonic, every moment felt worthwhile. Really good service left a lasting impression.
